RETURNS AND REFUNDS
1. Returns & Exchange:
- To initiate a return, contact us via our official email or customer care number within 3 days of delivery.
- We offer a 3-day return policy and a 5-day exchange policy on all eligible products.
- You will receive a 100% refund of your product value in the form of store credits (no deductions).
- Store credits can be used on any future purchase from our platform and do not expire.
- Refunds will be processed as store credits within 3 working days of receiving and verifying the returned item.
- Returned products must be unused, in original packaging (opened is fine, but not discarded), and in resalable condition.
- Exchanges can be requested within 7 days of delivery by contacting our official email or customer care number.

If the exchanged item has a price difference, the balance will be adjusted via store credits or an additional payment, as applicable.

What is your order cancellation policy?
Orders once placed cannot be canceled or modified since we ship orders within 24 hours of being placed.
How long will it take to deliver my order?

How much will shipping cost?
Domestic orders: We offer free shipping on all prepaid domestic orders and displayed product prices are inclusive of all taxes and duties.
Could I change the shipping address of the order?
Shipping details can be edited before your order is billed or shipped. However, all changes must be emailed within 24 hours of placing an order online.
What if I am not home when the package is delivered?
Our delivery agents will attempt to deliver the package three times before it is returned to us. Please provide your complete & accurate address including zip code and mobile number to ensure a seamless and quick delivery.
